Adverse Credit
This does not always mean you cannot a get a mortgage, from late payments, CCJ’s, defaults, bankruptcy, debt management plans & IVA’s, we have a range of lenders that maybe able to help. We recommend you start with obtaining a copy of your credit file.

Self Employed

Non-Standard Construction
Who knew that not all houses in the UK are standard construction? If the property you want to buy or remortgage is not ‘standard’ construction (generally brick walls, concrete foundations and a tiled roof) then obtaining a mortgage will be more complex.
